Cultivate kindness & compassion for yourself and others! The Self-Compassion Deck offers 50 mindfulness-based practices for use at home, in the classroom, or therapy office. Commit to these easy, yet meaningful exercises in kindheartedness and gain a deeper appreciation for yourself and your life. The practice of self-compassion has been proven to:

* Improve well-being

* Regulate emotions

* Reduce depression and anxiety

How to Use This Deck

The idea is simple. On your own, you can pick a card to practice for the day or the week. A therapist can have clients pick a card at the end of the session, or a teacher can hand cards out to students to practice alone or as a group.

You can also design your own personal growth program by committing to daily practice of a card's suggestions for a week, a month, or longer, or by sorting out the cards that are most powerful for you. There are also blank cards for you to create your own practices.

However you use it, the willingness to engage the deck will already lead to greater self-compassion and well-being!
