Benjamin was a worrier. He worried about everything. Because he worried so much, he found it difficult to concentrate on his schoolwork, and he forgot things, like practicing the trumpet. But the very worst thing was when Benjamin couldn’t fall asleep, not even when all the other bears hibernated for the winter.

There were two bears in Benjamin’s head. The Worry Bear gave him one thing after another to worry about. The Reasoning Bear tried to convince him there was nothing to worry about. It was a constant battle between the two voices, leaving Benjamin confused, and even more worried. “I just don’t know what to believe,” Benjamin thought to himself.

But then one voice won the battle and Benjamin learned what he had to do to get his sleep back.
